RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

ACE Promotional Products will accept return for exchange of items within 14 days after actual delivery date.  Item must returned with original tags, not washed or altered in any fashion.  ACE will provide either a replacement item of same or less value or provde a store credit good for 30 days.

Because each ordered item is individually decorated, orders cannot be cancelled if item has been decorated and shipped.
